SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping prices are determined by the shipping location, the shipping method selected at checkout, as well as the type of item(s) ordered. Each item that is purchased requires a specific warehouse processing time before your order can ship from our facility.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping, usually takes 5-10 business days to arrive. 

When you check out, you will get shipping cost. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time

All orders are shipped from our facility in North Carolina. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will be left at the address provided. EUGENIA cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

Free Shipping – Offer is limited to standard delivery within the 48 contiguous United States, excludes bulk orders and drop ships.

Oversized shipping charges and shipping surcharges are excluded shipping and promotional discounts. 

Entire order must be shipped to the same address. Does not apply to prior purchases or open orders and can not be combined with other offer.

Certain restrictions and exclusion may apply. 

International Shipping

Standard shipping, usually takes 10-12 business days to arrive, however, it may take longer depending on volume.

Please note it may take longer than 10-12 business days depending on your customs agency (if applicable)

If there is no one present to sign for your package, it will be left at the address provided. EUGENIA cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

EUGENIA is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages sent to the wrong address. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. 

Please note that limited tracking may be available with international shipments

We only ship Monday – Friday, excluding USA holidays

Customs

WHEN RECEIVING GOODS FROM A DIFFERENT COUNTRY CUSTOMS DUTY AND IMPORT TAXES MAY OCCUR.

Duties and taxes are due upon delivery with our standard service. EUGENIA is not responsible for any duties and taxes imposed on your package. 

Duties and taxes are determined by your countries customs agency. Charges do not always occur, however, depending on your countries thresholds for imported goods, you may receive a duties and tax charge. Payment of any duties and taxes is the customers responsibility and these charges are generally paid upon receiving your order. For more information regarding duties and taxes we recommend you speak with your local customs agency. 

if you reject you r package or if it is rejected by you r local customs agency we will refund you for the cost of goods **excluding shipping** once we receive the goods back to our facility.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are extremely serious. EUGENIA may put the customer on a no-sell list.



 

​​RETURN POLICY​

We stand behind every order! 

Shop with complete confidence. Every product we sell is made to order.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at support@eugeniacycling.com before returning any products. 

If 30 days have gone by  since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

EUGENIA does not accept returns of Limited-Edition and/or sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

If you haven’t registered an account on eugeniacycling.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;


2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore EUGENIA reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion

Shipping –  In order to return your product, you should send an email and we will advise the best place to send your package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s). SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you r exchanged product to reach our facility, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75 (USD), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do NOT guarantee we will receive your returned item.

REFUND POLICY

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you and email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of you r refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) –  If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. if you need to exchange it for the same time, send us an email at support@eugeniacycling.com and we will advise the best place to send your package.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
